Chef Carmelo Sciarrabba’s kitchen is for sure a mariage between typical Brianza’s dishes and Mediterranean tradition where Chef has his own origin. Starting from poor food, he imagines to rework and rediscover it, renovating it, making it known to an audience that for geographical reasons and traditions is being distant.

The cuisine

The attention and care of dishes start from raw material that should always be of quality, without forgetting respect for seasons. Do not forget also our wine cellar that has in stock wines of remarkable depth and territorial differences.


Our restaurant is the oldest part of the Castle and it is characterized by open-plan stone walls and ancient barrel vaults, which allow to keep a characteristic and elegant aspect. During summer, the restaurant is moved outside into the Grill area where we elaborate more dynamic and fresher courses.
